2023 Panini Legacy Football marks the 5th consecutive season for the NFL/collegiate hybrid product.

While the Hobby release remains with two autographs per box, the format changes from 16 packs to 12 packs per box. The packs still contain eight cards.

The 2023 Panini Legacy Football checklist offers a 200-card base set with 100 veterans, 50 rookies, dropping two per pack, and 50 legends.

Each Hobby box contains an average of four parallels, four Optichrome cards and two Optichrome Mini cards.

Inserts add a further eight cards per box. New choices include Dreamcatchers and Main Attractions.

In addition, Dare to Tear cards, numbered 65 or fewer, highlight rookies and veterans. Each contains a mysterious Optichrome Mini card.
