Pre-order policy

By placing a pre-order on our website, you agree to all the conditions set out below.

1. Quantity limits and adjustments

Any order not respecting the quantity limits imposed for a pre-ordered product may be cancelled or adjusted.

Rémi Card Trader also reserves the right to adjust order quantities on a case-by-case basis at its discretion.
Customers will be notified of any changes to their order.

Any order identified by our team as being for resale may be cancelled or quantity adjusted, at Rémi Card Trader's sole discretion.

2. Shipment of orders

Orders containing pre-ordered products, products already in stock or products with a later release date will be shipped only when all items in the order have arrived in the store.

If you require individual items to be shipped separately, additional shipping charges will apply.

3. Order cancellation by the company

We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion.

4. Cancellation of pre-orders by the customer

Any pre-order cancellation by the customer will incur a 10% processing fee, without exception. No order cancellations may be made 14 days prior to the release date.

5. Release dates

Product release dates are subject to change and are beyond our control. No compensation can be claimed for manufacturer or distributor delays.

6. Price adjustments

If the price of a pre-ordered product decreases before its release date, the difference will be credited in the form of store credit, usable online or in-store.
If the price increases, the price paid at the time of pre-ordering remains guaranteed and will not be modified.

7. Policy changes

This pre-order policy is subject to change at any time without notice.
