Return, exchange and refund policy

Final sales

Unless otherwise specified by law, all sales made at Rémi Card Trader are final.
Items sold are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

No exchange or refund

Once the order has been confirmed and paid for :

  • No refunds will be made

  • No exchanges will be accepted

  • No credit will be issued

This policy applies in particular :

  • Sealed or opened products

  • Pre-orders

  • Promotional or liquidation products

  • Customer order errors

  • Changes of opinion or personal preferences

Customer responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to :

  • carefully check their order before finalizing it

  • Ensure that the items selected correspond to his/her needs.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted this policy.

Defective, damaged products or shipping errors

In accordance with Quebec law, if a product :

  • is received damaged in transit,

  • has a manufacturing defect, or

  • has been shipped in error by Rémi Card Trader,

the customer must contact us within a reasonable delay following receipt of the order, with supporting evidence (photos, description).

Each situation will be analyzed on a case-by-case basis, and an appropriate solution may be proposed, at Rémi Card Trader's discretion, in accordance with legal obligations.

Policy changes

This exchange and refund policy may be modified at any time, without prior notice.
The version in effect at the time of purchase is the one that applies to the transaction.
