Order Pickup

To ensure the safety of our customers and prevent orders from being handed over to unauthorized individuals, a valid photo ID must be presented when picking up an order in-store.

The name on the ID must match the name associated with the order.

If someone else is designated to pick up the order, that person must present a valid form of identification and have been authorized in advance by the customer.

Rémi Card Trader reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order if a valid form of identification is not presented or if the customer's identity cannot be verified.
