Price at time of purchase

The price displayed and paid at the time of order confirmation constitutes the final price applicable to the transaction.

In accordance with our final sales policy, no refund, credit or price adjustment will be granted if the price of a product changes after purchase, either upwards or downwards.

Price changes after purchase

No refund, credit or adjustment will be granted for any price variation occurring after confirmation of an order, including variations linked to the market, subsequent promotions or product availability.

Pre-orders

For pre-ordered products:

  • If the price decreases before the release date, the difference will be credited as store credit, usable online or in-store.

  • If the price increases, the price paid at the time of pre-ordering remains guaranteed and will not be modified.

Release dates are subject to change and are beyond our control.

Promotions and special offers

Promotions, discounts or special offers:

  • Are valid for a limited period

  • Are not applicable retroactively

  • Do not entitle the holder to price adjustments on previous purchases

  • Promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers on our website or in-store.

  • All promotional codes can be applied to regular-priced products, with the exception of pre-orders or special orders.

Pricing errors

In the event of a pricing error, Rémi Card Trader reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, in accordance with applicable laws.

Policy changes

This policy may be modified at any time, without prior notice.
The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.

U.S. sales taxes, customs or other fees

We are not responsible for sales tax, customs or other fees in the United States.

We do not charge sales tax or customs duties on orders from the United States. However, these fees may be charged by the U.S. government. Customers are responsible for clearing these charges with their respective governments.
