Shipping policy

At Rémi Card Trader, we offer shipping throughout Canada, the United States, and internationally. Shipping rates are displayed when you proceed to checkout. Please see our available shipping options below.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees for the United States and international destinations are calculated at checkout when you confirm your purchase. Rates vary depending on the destination country. Shipping within Canada is a flat rate of $15, with the exception of oversized products and excluded items. Shipping to Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut is available at a flat rate of $100.

Customs Fees

Customs duties, VAT, and import fees applicable to your country will be payable to the carrier upon delivery of your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all purchases of $175 or more anywhere in Canada (excluding Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut), with the exception of excluded and non-standard products.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping carrier selected:

Canada: 1 to 4 business days
USA: 1 to 6 business days
International: 3 to 14 business days

In-Store Pickup

You can choose the in-store pickup option to collect your order at our store located at 1400 Boulevard Édouard, Suite 117, Saint-Hubert, Quebec, Canada, J4T 3T2.

Tracked Shipping

This shipping method is available throughout Canada, the United States, and internationally, unless otherwise specified.

Additional Information and Free Shipping Exclusions

Some storage boxes and other products are excluded from free shipping because they have non-standard shipping dimensions. Shipping fees for these products vary depending on their size and are displayed during the checkout process on our online store.

Oversized Products

Shipping within Canada for oversized products, such as storage boxes, is a flat rate of $25.

Products Excluded from Sales Outside Canada

All Upper Deck products released within the last 12 months, as well as Yu-Gi-Oh! products and Magic: The Gathering products, are not available for sale outside Canada. If you place an order containing any of these products, your order will be cancelled and refunded by a member of our team.

Resale

Any order identified by our team as being intended for resale may be cancelled or have its quantities adjusted, at the sole discretion of Rémi Card Trader.
