Each box of Hockey Blaster 2023-24 Upper Deck Series 2 contains 4 packs, with 12 cards in each pack!

Refresh on refresh! We've made some notable changes to the Upper Deck series to deliver an even more engaging collecting experience! The changes:

A better ratio of inserted cards to base cards in each deck. Each pack now contains an average of three (3) inserts.
The introduction of a stunning parallel base set, which also means more Young Guns® cards to hunt for!
And although we've changed the configuration (cards per pack/packs per box), each box still contains at least one (1) Young Guns® card, on average!

Series 2 contains the next 250 cards (251-500) from the Upper Deck 2023-24 base set. Annually, the Upper Deck base set is the most collected base set in field hockey. The set includes 198 veteran cards, 49 Young Guns® cards (the most eagerly awaited rookie cards of the season!) and three control cards. Keep an eye out for Outburst parallels!

Fans and collectors alike will be blown away by the UD Portraits cards! The 2023-24 version of this classic insert features veterans and rookies like you've never seen them before! No two player portraits are alike. Series 2 contains the last 30 cards in the 2023-24 UD Portraits series!

UD Canvas®, an in-series set that's a long-standing favorite among collectors, features a collection of the biggest stars in the game today, the best of the Young Guns® and, in Series 2 only, retired and Program of Excellence (rookies who played for Team Canada) subsets printed at short notice. Series 2 contains the following 150 cards (C121 - C270) from the 2023-24 series.

New insert series! The latest edition of Series 2 includes an impressive range of new insert sets that will appeal to everyone from the casual enthusiast to the avid collector:

Board Director: This set features some of the most physical players in the game today.
Ecliptical: The game's biggest stars and rookies are shown shooting the puck in this all-new set.
Instinctive: Goalie fans will love this set showing the best goalkeepers making a save! Collect one (1) per box, on average.
PC's: This superstar set features the best player from each team and three additional superstars! Collect one (1) per box, on average.
For each set above, there are also Sparkle parallels and rare Gold Sparkle to collect!
Deep Roots: This set features 50 fundamental players! Collect one (1) Deep Roots card per box, on average.
Dazzling: Each card in this rare set features a close-up image of a star player's eyes!
Monster Season: This special set commemorates Connor McDavid's 2022-23 season, culminating in his third Hart Memorial Trophy win! There's a card for each of the 82 regular-season games he played - each with a photo and text about the game.
The popular Honor Roll® and Dazzlers inserts are back! Both are intra-series, but the Honor Roll® series ends in Series 2, so don't forget to complete this 2023-24 series! In Series 1, the checklists included only star veterans, but for Series 2, the Honor Roll® checklist includes only rookies while the Dazzlers checklist includes more star veterans with a few rookies sprinkled in. Each box will contain an average of one (1) Honor Roll® card and one (1) Green Dazzlers card. Green Dazzlers cards are only available in Blasters!

The O-Pee-Chee Glossy insert features star veterans and top recruits. Collect at least one (1) card per box, on average, and keep an eye out for golden parallels!
