2024 Upper Deck AEW All Elite Wrestling Hobby Box

Release date: 2024-09-18

Box of 12 packs

Pack of 12 cards

2024 Upper Deck AEW takes a similar approach for its fourth edition. While the line settles into something of a formula, the checklist features new additions, some of which revolve around specific superstars.

What's in a hobby box (on average):

  • Autographs, Memorabilia cards or Premium inserts - 1 in total
  • AEW game cards - 3
  • Dazzlers - 3
  • UD canvases - 4
  • Gold Parallels - 6
  • Outburst Parallels - 1
  • Pyro Parallels - 3
  • Serial numbered cards - 2

Hobby boxes are highly varied in terms of contents. Among the contents are either a memorial card, an autograph or a premium "tech" insert. Collectors can also expect to receive a pair of serially numbered cards.

The basic set includes a total of 100 cards. The majority of these are standard wrestler cards. However, there are also 20 Teams and Trios Tags and 10 Crew cards.

A total of 11 different parallels are also available in the hobby packs, including the first AEW Outburst cards:

  • Gold - 1:3 packs, Tag Teams - 1:10 packs, Crew - 1:20 packs
  • Pyro - 1:6 packs, Tag Teams - 1:20 packs, Crew - 1:40 packs
  • Outburst - 1:24 packs
  • Clear Cut - 1:51 packs, Tag Teams - 1:180 packs, Crew - 1:360 packs
  • Steel Cage - /599
  • Dynamite - /299
  • Exclusives - /100
  • Gold Pyro - /35
  • Red Outburst - /25
  • High Gloss - /10
  • Gold Outburst - 1/1

Some cards also have hard-wearing photo variants, which land in 1:480 hobby packs.

The basic design is also used for the majority of autographs and commemorative cards in the 2024 Upper Deck AEW checklist.

Basic autographs are 1:110 packs for the first 70 cards, while Tag Teams and Crew are each 1:2,000 packs. In short, it's not the East. Additional parallels include Pyro (/10), Dynamite (/5), Printing Plates (1/1) and Gold (1/1).

AEW Heroes and Heroines is one of the new inserts in this product. The design is inspired by comic book covers and has a similar feel to Panini's various Marvels inserts. Basic versions are common to hobby packs 1:1.67. Parallel versions in green (/229), red (/99), purple (/50) and Gold Spectrum (1/1) are also available.

Technique by Taz (1:30 packs) offers a glimpse of the commentator and wrestling legend. Cardboard versions are numbered to 599.

MJF Retrospective (1:960 packs) looks back at the former champion's career.

Other inserts include AEW Posters (1:15 packs), We Are All Global (1:15 packs), Flying Through the Air (1:52 packs, SP - 1:384 packs), and AEW Retouched (1:720 packs).

UD Canvas (1:3 packs) returns, once again with a focus on photography.

Dazzlers (1:5 packs) return with brilliant leaf-patterned backgrounds. Green parallels are 1:20 hobby packs.

AEW game cards Stepping Into the Ring (1:13 packs), Total Access (1:13 packs) and Day with the Belt (1:2,400 packs) complete the insert themes.
